Despite the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, NMI students served as essential workers all summer long during their summer co-ops, helping drive commerce and deliver goods. Not only did students have the opportunity to get sea experience, but now more than ever they witnessed how critical the maritime industry is to our daily lives.

With the Fall semester getting ready to start back up, we’re excited to have our students back on campus for a safe and social distanced learning environment that is still hands-on. Take a look at some student snapshots from the Semester at Sea Summer Co-op Program!
